    You are looking at Styles, NOT Size or Color. The Color of your custom lettering is based on the thread color you select.
    The Size of the letters are based what you specify (small, medium, large), and of course - what will fit on the cap.
    You are looking at a screen capture taken from our embroidery design software....
    the lettering and graphics on your finished cap will be embroidered in thread - directly into the fabric of the cap.

Now that you've figured out what goes on your cap(s), it's time to pick the cap style and color.
Once you push the button to to get the cap blank, with stock graphics and/or lettering or with your own logo, you'll be taken to our Pricing Form.
For orders of less than 12 caps with stock lettering and/or graphics, our system will automatically calculate the price and instantly email you pricing information and instructions on how to pay for and place your order. For orders of 12+ caps or caps with your own logo or artwork, our staff will review your specs and get back to you (during normal business hours, generally in an hour or so) with a price quote (including discounts for 12+ pieces) and ordering instructions.
Keep in mind, when you place an order with Copy Caps, we email you a proof of your design to approve before we make your cap.
That's your opportunity to go back and forth via email with our designers to modify your design and get it just the way you want it!

Extra Large Caps
Has everyone been telling you "you're so handsome!" for so long that you just can't fit a cap on that big head? Are you just "smarter" than everyone else? Well, Copy Caps has a selection of Adjustable Extra Large caps that'll fit just about any large noggin (from size 8 to 8 1/2).

Further down the page, we also carry Extra Large Fitted and Flexfit caps that fit up to a Size 8.
