The Custom Logo Pricing Inquiry

Please use this form if you're interested in having caps embroidered with your own artwork or logo.

In order to embroider your own artwork or logo, the design must be "digitized" into an embroidery machine readable format. Our equipment reads Tajima, Melco CND, EXP and Barudan formats. These vector file formats are very different from common raster (graphic) files, such as JPG, GIF, BMP, or PDF. NOTE: If you get an error message, it means your image is too large for our form -- please just email us your image!

For simple, single color line art, we use an automated digitizing process that will convert a GIF or JPG graphic file into the embroidery file. This is a relatively simple process and is generally cost effective for small, custom orders. Using this method, we can even embroider a signature or doodle on caps. When hand drawing designs to be embroidered, we recommend using a bold felt tip pen (such as a Flair).

For complex, multi-color logos or artwork, the design must be manually digitized. Because this is a relatively labor intensive process, it is generally not cost-effective for small orders of less than 12 caps. The minimum charge for digitizing a more complex, multi-colored logo is US $35.00. Actual charges are based on the complexity and the total number of stitches in the design.
