Payment
Procedures
We
accept payments through VISA, Mastercard, Check or Money Order.
Once you pick the cap(s) you want to purchase, click the Check
Out Button on your shopping cart. If your order is going to be
shipped within the US (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico,
APO, FPO or Guam) choose domestic shipping (the default).
Customers with orders shipping anywhere else should choose
International Shipping and recalculate their cart.
Once your cart is set, you can securely pay by VISA or Mastercard online.
To place an order and then send payment by check or money order, click "Send Order" on the
checkout page. You'll receive an email re-cap of your order with instructions on how to pay for your order.
When will my order arrive?
We
ship Monday through Friday. We ship in-stock items within 48
hours of receiving your order. For orders of less than 4lbs, we
ship via Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation. Priority Mail
genrally takes 2-4 days. For larger orders (except we generally
ship via UPS. (Most larger orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico,
APO, FPO and Guam go via Priority Mail.)

Orders
We
try our best to keep our merchandise in stock at all times.
Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, we
occasionally may have some items on backorder. In the event an
item that you ordered is not in stock, we will notify you within
24 hours of receiving your order. Generally, if an item is on
backorder, it will be back in stock within 5 days.
Not to worry - we never charge your credit card until your order
is ready to ship!
Returns
Orders
of less than 12 caps may be returned without a return
authorization. All returned caps must be in
their original condition and must be received by us within 15
days of receiving your merchandise. We will issue a
full refund, less actual shipping costs, for items
returned in their original condition. When you return an item, be
sure to include a note with your name, address, email address and
order number (print out the email if you kept it!).
Orders of 12 or more caps (unless defective) are subject to a
15% restocking fee and you will need a return authorization.
Simply contact us by, give us your
name, address, order number and explain why you want to return
the caps. We'll email you back a return authorization and
instructions.
The
above return policy applies only to blank caps that have not been
embroidered.
